Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer exchanges at the moment. If you need a different product, return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
Are my Me&Medik8 points refunded if I make a return?
If you return all items from an order, your Me&Medik8 points will be credited back to your account. For partial returns, the points for the returned items will not be refunded.
