At Medik8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, return any item that is at least half-full within 30 days of purchase.

Please remember, when returning any kit item (including any custom CSA kits), you must return the entire set. You will then receive a full product refund (to the same payment method used for purchase).

Simply Contact us for a returns label and upon receipt of your product, we will issue you with a refund.

Returning more than one item? Please help us minimise our environmental impact by sending them together in a single parcel. Consolidating returns reduces delivery emissions and also helps our team process your refund more efficiently.

Please note that if you have purchased your Medik8 products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return with them directly in accordance with their own returns policy.
