What is happening to the Me&Medik8 Rewards programme?
We're making our loyalty programme even better! We are currently working behind the scenes to upgrade Me&Medik8 to bring you more valuable rewards and exclusive experiences. During this brief refresh period, some features of the programme will be temporarily unavailable.
Why can't I see my points balance on my account page?
As we upgrade our systems, the loyalty section of your account page will be temporarily hidden. This is a necessary step to ensure everything is moved over to the new programme correctly. Please be assured that while you can't see your balance, your points are safe and secure.
Will I lose my points or tier status during this time?
No, not at all. All of your existing points and your current tier status are still on your account and will be carried over to the new and improved Me&Medik8 programme.
Can I still earn points on my purchases?
Yes! You will continue to earn points on every purchase you make during this transition. These points will be added to your account and will be visible once the new programme is unveiled.
How can I use my reward vouchers if I can't see them in my account?
Your available reward vouchers can still be redeemed. When you proceed to the checkout, any eligible vouchers you have will automatically appear as an option for you to apply to your order.
I'm a Crystal Plus or Crystal Deluxe member. Will I still get free shipping?
Absolutely. Your free shipping benefit is unaffected and will continue to be applied automatically at checkout.
When will the new Me&Medik8 programme be ready?
